From breach points to balconies, attics to elevator shafts — TZJ's design options, fixtures, infrastructure, and props are virtually limitless.
Hazmat
Grant-eligible props or hazmat instructor trailer series: chlorine cylinders, leaking/reaction drums, bulk tank leaks, falling cylinders, control panels, and more.
Heat & Smoke
Class A/B burn props, Class A burn stands, smoke distribution, LED digital fire for extinguisher training, temperature monitoring, and audible/visual alarm systems.
Egress
Straight and L-shaped stairs with landings; ship's ladders, cage ladders, ship ladders, gooseneck ladders; floor hatches, windows, roof scuttles — fully welded hot-dip galvanized.
Search & Rescue
Maze panel systems (no tracks, freely reconfigurable); five balcony designs; Nance and Denver rescue drills.
Confined Space
Manholes, corrugated culverts, elevator shafts, and other confined-space training structures.
Forcible Entry & Shoring
Training for floors, ceilings, windows (including VES), doors (including roll-up doors), roofs, walls, and safety covers.
Ventilation & Smoke Exhaust
Roof and sidewall exhaust fans; custom systems; sloped and flat roof configurations (high-rise, parapet concrete, metal, tile, and more).
Rope & High-Angle Rescue
Code-compliant swivel rope descent devices; platforms, anchor points, guardrails, helicopter skid props, and climbing walls.
Building Facades
Mortar-free and panel brick facades; steel facades; multiple colors and styles available.

Dry standpipes with FDC connections; dual-head sprinkler systems.

Maritime Training
Train for offshore firefighting
Ship fires differ fundamentally from residential and commercial building fires — firefighters often enter at the hottest point and work downward. Real maritime training cannot happen in a classroom alone. TZJ maritime training facilities deliver the look and feel of real vessels.
We provide extensive props to realistically simulate shipboard firefighting:

Hazmat Training
Prepare for the worst-case scenario
TZJ also excels in hazardous materials and waste training. We use props and simulators that replicate community hazard scenarios to prepare all types of emergency response — products may qualify for grants and support cross-regional coordination.
Chlorine cylinder
Full-size chlorine cylinder; controllable valve, pipe, and manifold leaks.
Leaking drum
Standard oil drum; simulates forklift puncture, bung, or seam leaks.
Bulk tank leak
Control flammable liquid leaks; valve, manifold, and tank rupture scenarios.
Reaction drum
Bubbling/gurgling sounds and drum vibration; bulging drum top signals rising pressure.
Falling cylinder
Rack failure; uncontrolled release from failed cylinders and manifolds.
Control panel
Handheld tablet to manage all props; emergency stop, pause, and reset.
