Founded by a team with fire service and engineering backgrounds, focused on steel training facilities built for fire service.

First steel training tower
Delivered the first steel training tower — rugged and durable, replacing traditional masonry — still in service today.

Burn room thermal liner
Introduced calcium silicate thermal liner system balancing durability and thermal protection.

Hot-dip galvanizing
